In May of 1994, Enterprise Computing Services, Inc. was founded as a computer services company providing consulting, installation and support of computer hardware and software. By 1997, ECS had grown to over 150 clients and more than quadrupled the size of its staff. In July of 1997, ECS, Inc. and the computer services division of regional CPA firm Heard, McElroy and Vestal, LLP merged to form ECS, LLC.
