ECS Specific Services
Spam Filtering Service
ECS’ Spam Filtering Service offers our clients the opportunity to remove up to 90% of their daily spam mailings through a process invisible to the end user. Mail is scanned and spam removed before it reaches the end user’s inbox, eliminating the time consuming process currently necessary to clean out email inboxes each day. In addition, each user receives a daily summary of every email filtered by the service, enabling them to scan for any email mistakenly marked as spam. For an additional monthly fee, each email delivered to the end user can also be scanned for viruses before delivery, further protecting the client’s network environment. ECS Remote Backup
ECS Remote Backup service offering allows clients to backup files over the Internet to a secure remote backup appliance located in an ECS facility. The remote backup appliance compresses the protected data and utilizes HIPPA-compliant AES encryption to ensure the highest level of security. The client software is extremely user friendly and backup/restore operations can be scheduled after hours. Logs are generated after every operation to keep the client informed as to the success of the job. ECS Remote Backup is billed monthly according to the amount of data stored. This service is a good solution for companies concerned with disaster recovery and looking to remotely store their data off site in a secure manner with a company they can trust. Clients may wish to purchase their own backup appliance which can be housed at ECS’s data center, the client’s remote office or anywhere there is a broadband connection. Initial Setup:
