How do I get computer support during normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are from 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday except holidays.

When you have a computer issue or a question, you have several ways to contact our computer support team and report your issues and requests. We also offer remote computer support to rapidly resolve issues and questions. Remote computer support allows us to see the problem you are having, and “take control” of your computer to fix and repair the issue without the delay of drive time to your location.

How do I get computer support outside of normal business hours?

If you do have an emergency outside our normal business hours, use following process:

  1. Call our main number 318-219-3427.
  2. Choose the emergency option from the menu (1) and you will be connected with our afterhours call service who will put you in contact with an ECS technician.

Note: By using this service, after hours rates may apply for non-contract customers. Customers with emergency after hours contracts or managed service contracts will receive priority service and response times. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a response time for customers without a contract.
